Scott Loyer, our Chief Appraiser, has over 20 years’ experience and is considered one of the top appraisers in the United States. He’s also an author, local and national speaker, investor, licensed realtor and consultant to hundreds of clients across the country. Holding an esteemed SRA designation from The Appraisal Institute, Mr. Loyer also provides expert witness services for litigation.


Brendan Frodell is a Certified Residential Appraiser who focuses on Long Island and New York City Appraisals. Mr. Frodell is also a licensed realtor and a member of Le Tip. He enjoys sharing appraisal knowledge with industry professionals through one-on-one and group presentations.


Brigid Motta is an Assistant Appraiser who focuses on the Lower Hudson Valley and Connecticut property appraisals. Mrs. Motta is a member of BNI and the Westchester County Bar Association and is also a published writer. She enjoys speaking with appraisal clients to best understand how Connect Appraisal can support them in their appraisal needs.
